Welcome everyone to our first ever Howling Wilds event! We're excited to welcome all of you to our guild.
Some housekeeping info for all our players, new, veteran, and visiting:

~Character Restrictions~

The level cap for this event is 6. Players wishing to play a character above the level 6 level cap will be required to downstat their character and submit a rebuilt character at level 6. This is a temporary restriction, so no, your character does not permanently become level 6. For all intents and purposes, characters will be treated as this level while at this event.

For this event, we will not be allowing any magic items, ritual scrolls, or blueprints from other Guilds in game. If any players have questions about this send us an email at howlingwildsinfo@gmail.com

Newly transferred characters - please bring all your current tags to log (if any) so they can be reviewed.

~Schedule~

- Gates will be open at 10AM for this game - PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY DOWN THE DRIVEWAY as there may be folks walking around.
- Logistics opens at 7PM at will be at the Tavern
- Game begins at 10PM - front gates are closed*
- Game is called at roughly 2PM on Monday - front gates are opened

*for safety reasons, we need to close the gate to the campground once game begins - this is because the driveway goes directly through our major play areas and up to the cottage. There have been instances in the past of guests arriving unexpectedly at the property and disrupting previous events. To keep players and people's property safe this is in our best interest. Players who know ahead of time that they will be arriving late, leaving early, or driving in and out of the site during the game should contact us so we can make alternative parking arrangements with them.

~Tavern~

We will have a tavern! This is the menu for this event. Cost of each item can be paid up front or added to a tab to be paid after event. (Costs will be updated before event begins & will be advertised at event)

~Event Costs~

Our long weekend event cost will start at $120
Players who prelog will get a $10 discount
Players who prepay before event will get another $10 discount
New Players - Players who have never played an Underworld LARP game will be able to play their first event for free.

Weapons can be rented at $5/weapon from NPC camp, stock permitting. This fee is waived for new players

~NPC shifts~

NPC shift opt-out will be $10 for this event
NPC shift requirement will be waived for players who have not played at least 3 Underworld games globally - players who have not played at least 3 games who wish to NPC should contact us directly at howlingwildsinfo@gmail.com

~Location~

The location is Fox Haven Campground at 192 Plante Rd., Lavigne, Ontario. The driveway splits close to the entrance, so please take the left driveway, not the right driveway (which is not Fox Haven property and is owned by a neighbour). You will know you're heading the right way when you pass through a set of gates with Pride flags on them.
Our parking lot will be marked and is located quite close to the main camp - take care driving through this area as it passes through mod sites.
