The settlement of Triomphe is buzzing with a mixture of hope and dread, the remaining bravest and most resilient of the town stockpiling supplies on order of Captain Alec Dawnbreaker for the anticipated expedition below. With The Avarice Anvil's conditional permission to enter the mines, the willing and able-bodied people of Triomphe will prepare themselves for their descent into the caverns below the wilds, to hunt down the source of what has cursed the settlement with plague and fear since its founding.

~Character Restrictions~
The level cap for this event is 9. Players wishing to play a character above the level 9 level cap will be required to downstat their character and submit a rebuilt character at level 9. This is a temporary restriction, so no, your character does not permanently become level 9. For all intents and purposes, characters will be treated as this level while at this event.

~Schedule~
Gates will be open at 1PM - PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY DOWN THE DRIVEWAY as there may be folks walking around.
Logisitics opens at 7PM and will be at the Tavern building
Game begins at 10PM
Game is called at roughly 2PM on Sunday
~Driving In and Out During Game~
For safety reasons, we need to close off access to the parking lot when using our mod sites along the parking lot road. Players who need to leave during a mod by the parking lot should plan to pull their car out earlier and park on the side of the driveway past the mod areas so they are not driving through during a time that will be unsafe for the other players. Players who arrive while the gates are up and blocking the parking lot should park their car on the side of the driveway and be available to move their car into the parking lot once the area is no longer in use.

Visiting players must fill out the following form. Be mindful that we have a strict level cap of 9 for this game, and characters that exceed this level cap will be required to temporarily level down.

~Event Costs~
$80 with prelog AND prepay
$90 with prelog and pay at event
$100 without prelog and pay at event
Event payments can be sent to howlingwildsinfo@gmail.com via etransfer (preferred) or Paypal.
Prepay payments will be accepted up until Thursday August 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm at the $80 value.
Payments received after this time will be under the $90 fee but will still be accepted.
New Players - Players who have never played an Underworld LARP game will be able to play their first event for free.
Weapons can be rented at $5/weapon from NPC camp, stock permitting. This fee is waived for new players
~NPC info~
NPC shift opt-out will be $15 for this event. Players who have not chosen an NPC shift through the database will either need to take a shift when registering at the logistics table or pay the opt-out fee.
Players will be required to take an NPC shift or pay the opt out fee if they have played at least 1 Underworld game globally.
Weekend NPCs & Staff interested in sleeping indoors must contact us to confirm their bed as they are in limited supply.
~Location~
The location is Fox Haven Campground at 192 Plante Rd., Lavigne, Ontario. The driveway splits close to the entrance, so please take the left driveway, not the right driveway (which is not Fox Haven property and is owned by a neighbour). You will know you're heading the right way when you pass through a set of gates with Pride flags on them 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️.
Our parking lot will be marked and is located quite close to the main camp - take care driving through this area as it passes through mod sites.
